This day, November 22, 2022, is my second of two days of field study, as my Day 11 was this day's afternoon. As usual, I came to school early after our lunch with my block mates and co-student teachers. Since the first period of my cooperating teacher's (CT) tenure, what I did was help her with her checked quizzes to be encoded in the Excel or E-class record of five sections. This vacancy allowed my CT to rest for an hour after she had taken on many responsibilities as Master Teacher. Then I realized (here we go again, my realization time, AHAHAHA) that throughout a teacher's career, not that it was required, but as a teacher, there should be continuous development, especially now that life is dynamic, and methodologies have changed. Hence, like what I have witnessed, the prowess of a teacher’s process must be on the flexible side; if not, a teacher may fail and cannot go with the flow.

After an hour of rest, we headed to Grade 10-Diego Silang. But, before going to their classroom, ma’am told me that she wants to discipline this section because, after almost one month of passing their requirements, just 35% have completed the projects and other tasks. As a result, in order to make them aware and give them a chance, ma'am will discipline them by setting a deadline for them to complete their requirements. They did not even greet ma'am when they entered the classroom, and some of them are shouting and distributing 'bananaque', which is disrespectful. Because of their actions, ma'am only gave them one day to complete their tasks instead of two. As a result, almost all of them were shocked and did everything they could to show ma'am that they were concerned about their grades. Then, with the help of ma'am Jenny and as an observer, I reflected on the situation as a good process of each teacher teaching students to complete every task that a teacher required of them. It is a good way for students to realize their wrongdoing. With these, someday, with God’s grace, if I will be a public teacher, making sure that every student is focused on class and prioritizing all the tasks over other bad things will be my way of keeping them directed.

We returned to ma'am Jenny's classroom after an hour, and there is still an hour before the seventh graders in their English class begin. It was my first time in this section, and I was ecstatic to discover another classroom with such students. So, when the last period came, we immediately went to English 7’s class. All the things that I could bring to help my CT are in my hands. Upon arriving in this classroom, these students were somehow silent and serious; they are more likely studious, maybe because this is the first or "star" section of the school. Ma’am gave them an enthusiastic aura to start the class. Ma'am requests that the students dance in order for them to be energized. Hey all enjoyed the activity and are looking forward to the discussion. As the time has passed, last period is done, and I volunteered again to bring all the things from my CT as we were on our way to her classroom.

It's been a long day, and the processes I've witnessed in the classroom have been eye-opening. Similarly, to the other days, this gives me motivation to continue in the career I am building. There will be problems or turmoil, but that is only a small part of the dream I am creating. Be still, and let it be still!
