FIELD STUDY 2 - DAY 12: Three more days; this will be treasured!

It was a beautiful day, and I was running late this morning. However, not focusing on the side to which I will be driven negatively, I just apologized to my cooperating teacher, but as usual, she was so considerate, and I am really grateful for her consideration. Honestly, it was not easy to ride a motorcycle from our house here in Maubog, Tibagon, and then "umbak" to King-King, but seeing things positively and giving all my best efforts every day to be early is not bad; it is just an act of a person who made efforts in his craft (sorry, self-proclaimed AHAHAHA). On the other hand, going back to my task today, I will be with my cooperating teacher, and I will be assisting her with her things. In the first period, in Grade 8-Beryl, they are on their quarter, Module 1, and they will be discussing prose. Ma'am never failed to amaze me with her teaching style; if I were her student, I would most likely be learning.
After her first period, we headed to Grade 7-Everlasting and prepared the materials for her discussion about listening. So, recorded news was presented, and my CT gave them an activity that is in line with their topic, "Strategies for Listening." I helped ma’am using my laptop and the TV, which will serve as the speaker because, unfortunately, her speaker is not functioning. All the necessary things were done, which made it an insightful one.
The next period will be after recess time. My CT has planned a quiz bowl-style activity that will be similar to a diagnostic test but in a group setting. All her students in Grade 8, Beryl, really enjoyed it, and I could see on their faces that they were all excited. This just goes to show what ma'am Jenny said to me: "They are kinesthetically inclined students. " Then, I realized that identifying and recognizing your students is really a necessary thing to do. In our professional education subject, it was always reiterated that knowing yourself was important. Thus, a raw and very actual experience happened this morning. Going back to their activity, I was also enjoying being the scorer and tallying all their correct and wrong answers in checking every item.
Three consecutive periods were done insipidly. It was the usual day to be prepared all the time and be flexible all the way. This keeps my drive to be wise and good in all the plans I will be implementing, not just in the classroom or the teaching and learning process, and personally, it is really important. Three more days; this will be treasured!
